Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and Makoslot (hereinafter "Makoslot", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available athttps://makoslot.cam and any associated mobile applications or platforms operated by us.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Makoslot Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which your Account remains active:

3. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. 4. Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate identity. Accounts registered in the name of another individual, using fictitious identities, or on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.
5. Not a Current Employee: You must not be a current or recent employee, director, officer, or agent of Makoslot, or a close family member of any of the foregoing.
6. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and clearly prohibited. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws.
7. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion request, cooling-off period, or account suspension at the time of access.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and country of residence. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to notify Makoslot immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your Account. Makoslot will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, its activation significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Makoslot shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to enable available security features.

4.4 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported a security compromise to us in writing and received acknowledgment of receipt. Makoslot is not liable for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of an Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

KYC & Identity Verification

Makoslot is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered Accounts. KYC may be triggered at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or at any time at our reasonable discretion based on account activity patterns.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5–10 minutes
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after network confirmation, typically 15–30 minutes

• All deposits must originate from accounts in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 100 (or cryptocurrency equivalent)
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period depending on your VIP tier
• Withdrawals require successful KYC completion before processing
• Withdrawal method must match the deposit method wherever technically possible
• Processing time: most e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals complete within 5 minutes; FPX bank transfers within 30 minutes; cryptocurrency within 15–30 minutes subject to network conditions
• Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required due to unusual account activity

Bonuses & Promotions

Makoslot offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, referal bonuses, migration bonuses, and VIP-tier rewards. All promotions are subject to individual offer terms, which are stated at the point of the offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

1. Each promotion is available to eligible registered Players only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
2. Bonus Funds are credited as non-withdrawable pending completion of the stated rollover requirement. The rollover requirement must be met within the stated validity period; unexpired bonus balances that do not meet rollover requirements within the validity window will be forfeited without notice.
3. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, only Real Money Wagers (not wagers made using Bonus Funds) contribute to rollover requirements.
4. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards rollover requirements. Game contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
5. Makoslot reserves the right to withold bonus payments and winings where evidence of promotional abuse, coordinated play, arbitrage, or multi-accounting is detected. Determinations of abuse are made at Makoslot's sole discretion and are final.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to a minimum deposit threshold and rollover requirement as stated in the current welcome offer at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available for first-time depositors only and may not be combined with other deposit bonuses unless expressly stated.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Makoslot Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion or claiming duplicate bonuses
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by Makoslot
• Collusion with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Systematic exploitation of software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors — commonly known as "chip dumping", "bonus hunting" in bad faith, or "arbitrage" exploitation

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, KYC, or at any other stage of Platform use
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their explicit authorisation
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under local law, where Makoslot has determined it cannot lawfully provide services
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward support staff or other users

Intellectual Property

All content on the Makoslot Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Makoslot", logos, trademarks, website design, user interface, software architecture, game content (where operated by us), promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of Makoslot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Makoslot, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may occur with or without advance notice.

Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any outstanding legitimate balance (i.e., Real Money Balance with no active rollover obligations) will be refunded to your verified payment method following successful KYC completion. Bonus Funds and associated pending rollover are forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2 Termination by Makoslot

Makoslot reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct
• Money laundering, suspected proceeds of crime, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Registration in an ineligible jurisdiction
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling
• Any activity that, in our reasonable judgment, poses reputational, financial, or regulatory risk to Makoslot

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, Makoslot reserves the right to withold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, legitimate funds will be returned to the verified payment method. Where the investigation reveals material breach, funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing rules.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Makoslot holds its primary operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Makoslot will endeavour to resolve all disputes within14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

Amendments to These Terms

Makoslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect Player rights or obligations — we will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered Account email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.1above.
